Applicant Criteria and Checklist (All requirements must be met for consideration):

1. Identify as African American, Black, or Black American.
2. Live in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
3. Must procure a signed a letter of support from sponsoring organization/employer.
4. Must be with the company a minimum of 1 year.
5. Must be a Senior Individual Contributor to Sr. Manager level (Director and above are excluded for this program)
6. If above criteria (3-5) cannot be met, applicant must be a strong potential candidate for an internal Leadership role within the next 12-18 months (attestation from current leader required).
7. Excluding internal organizational programs, applicant should not have participated in any more than 1 (one) leadership program in the past 24 months.
8. Be able to commit a minimum of 8-10 hours to the program each week.
9. Have a minimum of 1 Direct Reporting Manager or Leader, and 1 Partner or Peer speak on their behalf.
10. Have technical capabilities to participate in a full virtual program.
