ThriveWell is a 3-part workshop series led by Kr. Knox of Knox Behavioral Health Services, in partnership with the Green Bay Packers Foundation.

Designed for African-American business owners, this series focuses on resilience, mindset, and community as essential components of sustainable success.

EmpowerMind: Cultivating Resilience in African-American Business Owners

This workshop aims to empower African-American business owners by exploring resilience-building strategies. Participants will engage in interactive discussions and activities designed to enhance self-awareness, stress management, and coping skills tailored to the unique challenges they face in the business world.

Session 2

Elevate Your Mindset: Overcoming Barriers to Success

Addressing the unique challenges African-American business owners encounter, this workshop focuses on overcoming mental barriers and fostering a growth mindset. Through interactive activities and inspiring discussions, attendees will gain insights into reframing limiting beliefs, embracing change, and unlocking their full potential for success.

Community Connections: Building Supportive Networks for Mental Wellness

Recognizing the importance of community support, this workshop emphasizes the value of building and maintaining supportive networks for mental wellness.
