We are leaders of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, and we are also current and former residents of the Bronzeville neighborhood. Our hearts belong here. We are very excited to announce that the Chamber will soon relocate to the Bronzeville neighborhood.
The Chamber announces the Legacy Co-Working and
Innovation Space at 1920 N. MLK Dr.
Legacy will provide an inspiring environment designed for minority entrepreneurs, innovators and influencers, where a variety of start-ups and freelancers can incubate, receive business development support, and network to explore their potential. The nearly 4,000 square foot space includes private offices for rent, coworking space, a commercial kitchen, event gathering space, coffee shop and more. The Chamber looks forward to inspiring business development by providing accessible facilities and programming together, in the heart of our community.
We need your support! We’re trying to raise a minimum of $10,000 from our Bronzeville neighbors to show that we, as a community, recognize and support the power of entrepreneurship within our own community. We’re looking for at least 100 neighbors to contribute a minimum of $100 (or more!) to make the dream of the Legacy into reality. The Chamber is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
Please make a donation now, and share this with other members of our Bronzeville community. Donors to the Historic Bronzeville campaign will be recognized on a special plaque at the new Legacy Co-Working and Innovation Space. Please join us in this effort!
